This picture sums up my week completely.

I would love to say i have felt very energetic but i haven’t if anything i could fall asleep standing up, it’s very odd as i am never like this.  However i did read that in order to maintain a healthy weight loss it is best to get 8 hours sleep a day, so for the last week i have been sticking too it. I decide what time i need to wake the next day and work backwards so i mainly go to bed between 10 – 10.30pm and i have to say i did start to feel better but the last 5 days my son has been ill so my sleep pattern has been broken, which has completely upset my diet. So i guess the theory is correct 8 hours does work.
