What a difference a day makes – Day 28

Wow from reading the information and putting it into practice, waking up feeling angry and pants and now feel great, what a difference a day makes.

I will right more about my moods on my other diary, but i got up and had a coffee, to be honest probably not the best chose but i can’t stand drinking anything else, plus i only have one cup of decaf a day so i don’t see it doing any harm. than at 10.30 i had a fruit smoothie, at 12 i had a small fruit salad, at 2.30 i ate a ham sandwich but found the WW wholemeal bread too heavy and it left me craving for more so i am going to change back to the wholemeal malted loaf, as that is really light, i was left craving more so i had some wheat crunches, thankfully only two points, and i have just had some dry fruit and nuts very nice, i feel really good and ready for dinner later, of chicken, vegetables and 2 potatoes.

A total point use of 20.5 out of 25 cool huh! i found out that the nuts and fruit cost me 4 points and are very good for my PCOS so i will add them everyday.
