So Far So Good – Day 1

Ok I spent yesterday reading up about weight watchers and what option was best for me. For those that don’t know weight watchers, you have two options either Full Choice (were you eat as much as your points will allow you which you calculate through a form given to you) or No Count (this is where you can eat as much of the foods ticked and you get 21 points a week on top). Please feel free to correct me at anytime as i am new to this.

So after weighing up the choices, i realised Full Choice will be best for me, only because at the moment i feel i need some discipline. So after answering the questions i was told i could have 28 points a day, at first i thought oh my god there has to be a mistake but i checked again and it came up the same, however when i looked at what i could get for 28 points i realised i should have no problem.

So far today: At 12.22 i still have 24 1/2 points left

Breakfast : 2 weetabix  = 2 points
snack : 1 small Banana = 1 1/2 points
Lunch: 1 medium white roll (sold out of brown) = 2 points
             2 slices of Ham = 2 points
Salad (lettuce, cucumber, celery) = 0 points
             Mullerlight Vanilla Yogurt = 1 1/2 points
Snack: 2 Milk Chocolate Digestive Biscuits = 3 points
Dinner: Noodles, Chicken & Beansprouts (homemade chow mien) = 5 points

According to my working i have 11 points left, however i am not sure my dinner was 5 points i would have said more, just because i made it after work, and dinner measure my portions.

However good day overall, be back at work really helps as i spend 2 hours running around with the kids, then come home and have dinner, so i get no hunger prangs of boredom in the evening. Plus i am always doing physical things so i am tired so i sleep better. All good, and on a very good note i managed to drink 5 glasses of water, 3 more than usual so definitely good for me, however all that time in the loo does my head right in.
