Paul McKenna’s Clean Plate Club

I don’t know about anyone else but when I was young I was often told by my parents to finish what was on my plate not only because I would not get any dessert but also because i should be grateful for what I have, and that has stayed with me through out my life until …..

I bought Paul McKenna’s I can make you thin book, at first I thought thinking there was no way a book and CD would be able to help me. How wrong was I? His book are very powerful and written in a simplistic form which can be taken in and understood without thinking about it. In Paul Mckenna’s words, Do you eat when you are full? the answer simply no, then why do we carry on eating to clean our plate even though we are full? Simple we feel compelled too.

So i have now resigned from the Clean Plate Club, ok at first it was hard to break the habit but i started of at first leaving 1 pea or 1 slice of carrot until the guilt past and now i finish when i am full not before and not anytime after, and you now what it feels good. Try it.
