Getting to Grips with it – a new start – a kick up the backside – Day 16

Today is the day, i have decided to stop trying to work weight watchers out for myself and follow the book, my problem is i can’t be bother to read the books they have given me. So last night and this morning, i took out my weight watchers books and my PCOS books and started to work on a plan of action. No more excuses, i did well in week 1 and i can do it again i should not be a defeatist just because i had one bad day, which then turned into a week.
So my plan is this, i have written down my meals, and the points they have. I have 4 choices for breakfast, 6 for lunch and 8 for dinner, my plan is to choose one thing from eat mealtime the day before and stick to it, until i have it under wraps. I am also going to start a mood diary to i can see if there is any pattern to my moods and eating. Plus i am only having the carbs that is allowed through the Low G.I diet because this is the best recommendation for people with PCOS.
