Weekend Weakness
We all do it, well i do!! My diet starts Monday and ends Friday night. The weekend produces nicer food, free-flowing drink, but most of all it’s family time, which means more coking and especially if you have children like i do the meals are more extravagant, plus weekends are times where you can catch up with friend, we all know you can’t have a friend round with out drink and nibbles, so what is the solution??
Solution:
After doing a lot of research the only answer i could come up with is ” Tough the weekend should be treated as another weekday and nothing more or nothing less” because i want to loose weight, if i was happy with my weight then i wouldn’t have a problem with weekend weakness but i have. So i have realise that i need to plan ahead and not make arrangements that involving food and that i should incorporate my family into my health lifestyle, otherwise i will find that i am constantly ravenous and craving the carbs i had at the weekend, but also if i don’t change my habit and lifestyle i will end up starving myself Monday to Friday just to rid myself of the weekend.
