Did anyone see the programme on Channel 4 about that poor woman Renee Williams who weighed 64 stone, my god i take my hat of to her because she looked great every day despite the size and agony she was suffering, but i also have to say how can people let her get that big? yes i am naive and yes i am overweight and i am doing something about it, but i just cant see how a doctor or a loved one can let you get that big, sure that’s wrong. The reason why i say this is my mum has spoken to me along with my husband but not in a harsh way but  only advise that i need to loose a few pounds because i am not as active and as bubbly as i usually am. It just upset me to see her support system not as good as mine i guess and I feel that everyone needs someone to help them.

Does anyone know who the man was that was beening lifted out of his house at the end of the programme? I would like to see if the hosptial learned from Renee Williams as they promised they would, and to see how his recovery went.

  1. I completely agree with your comment, I was reduced to rears at the shock of her death, I can’t see how the people around her didn’t give out some tough love and desist from giving her so much food.
She was a beautiful woman and a sad loss to her two daughters and family.

    Renee Williams R.I.P.

  2. I agree it was a shocking to see she died after all she had gone through. I really feel for her daughters and her family.
I hope a lot of people understood the message that was being sent and do something before it is too late.

  3. I guess thats what you get when you lack self control and support from family members. A tragic yet avoidable occurence.
