Best Clothing to Wear for Exercise

So as i have just started on my new journey and want to get things right, i thought i better look into clothing because i know that wearing the wrong things can cause alsorts of problems so i put my thinking cap on and made a list of guidelines i should follow when looking for clothes to wear while exercising.
- Loose and comfortable clothing to allow freedom of movement.
- Right trainers and supportive bra. These are both essential to protect your body from impact injuries like sore joints and saggy boobs.
- Avoid buckles, buttons and zips as you want to be comfortable lying down.
- Stay tight (with your clothes). Loose, flapping clothing can irritate you or even get caught in machinery.
