As Light as a Feather – Day 3 of Kick Start

So this morning was a struggle to get out of bed, as i was up late watching supersize v superskinny, and also ended up going to the toilet 3 times, (bare in mind i never go to the toilet in the night and i find it extremely difficult to sleep let alone fall asleep after being woken). However i managed to get up at 7am and prepare everyone for school and work etc. Had breakfast before leaving which is a plus, then had a banana on returning.
I have found that if i store my water in the boot i will drink more as i drink it on the return journey from school so i know the toilet will be free. I am now drinking about 1 1/2 litres a day so good going for me. However as the day went on i realised i felt lighter, not so heavy. Might sound strange for a woman my size, however i will try and explain the best i can, most days i feel like an inflatable beach ball that has been blown up till it’s seems are about to split, but today i feel like a beach ball that has been inflate to the correct amount to be able to bounce and not pop.
So yesterday i went to seek advise on the kick start plan, i was getting confused about changing ingredients and messing up points etc. I still don’t really fully understand the core kick start so i have chosen to go for the points kickstart as it is easier to understand. So basically i did a test which shows i need 27 points a day, and the kick start reduces your points to boost your weightloss, so as i am over 14 stones i get 22 points but if your under you get 18 points a day, and you can do this plan for one week or two but no longer. I have to say i am quite enjoying it and very pleased with how i am feeling.
