3.  If you Diet, you don’t need to exercise?

Exercise is a vital part of dieting if you want to loose weight and stay at you ideal weight. It is said that by “simply dieting you can reduse you active muscle tissue which means you use fewer calories when yoou’re not moving – you’ll find it harder to change your weight in the future”. “people tend to underestimate just how much exercise they have to do to expand energy”. “A mars bar contains 280 calories. it would take roughly 45 minutes of vigorous activity to off that treat” So the BOTTOM LINE IS you cant just do either/or you have to do both but dieting is crucial to wieght loss but exercise is paramount if you’re to keep it off in future.
